Securely pack the drone and all original accessories, manuals, and batteries in the original manufacturer packaging to ensure safe transit.

Ship to Our Tech Lab

Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location for inspection by our technicians.

Receive Your Refund

Once our team verifies the condition of the hardware, we will process your refund or ship your replacement unit within 5 to 7 business days.
